I was watching this clip this morning from Bill Maher:

I like Chuck Hagel – he strikes me as an individual who is not influenced by political pressures to cater to the party’s wishes. I think that he probably is not running because he knows that he does not conform enough to win a primary, though I wish that he and McCain could debate. They are both smart, forceful and amiable; it would be a great discussion to watch. Bill Maher wears his bias on his sleeve, bu, to his credit, he acknowledges it and never apologizes. It was good to see these two in action.
