Letterman with Brian Williams

This is just a fascinating segment on David Letterman.  Letterman, as most know, has been after McCain for a week – McCain bailed out on a Letterman segment.  But to have Brian Williams on this talk/comedy show brings up issues that would really be funny if they were not so serious.

Brian Williams notes with exacting language about the importance of the role of Vice President.  Letterman points out some facets of the Vice President debate that this writer had not thought of.

  1. This was interesting and entertaining. I applaud Brian Williams for not being biased. I like to watch Letterman when I have a chance, but he sure came across condescending for a guy who claims to be independent. He has that right to say whatever he feels. The disturbing thing here is how liberal the MSM is on their quest for “truth”. There are actually folks who will vote based on a celebrity or a news anchors viewpoint or interview. Brian Williams did drive a point home with his analogy of the Sept. 11 attacks. This is the kind of reporting we need. Gets you thinking, though I have yet to change my vote, if there were more non-biased interviews like that, I feel Americans could make a sound decision.
