Eazy Hot Wings

I made these myself when I was short on cash but had alot of chicken.  I make these without any exact measurement, time frame or temp so you may need to adjust to your taste. You may use your choice of wing sauce, I prefer tabasco with a little rib rub mixed in. The ingredient amount may vary depending on size and shape of the wings and if you cook them frozen or thawed, either is fine.  If cooked frozen they will water down your sauce a little, but are still good.

I use two 2qt glass casserole dishes 8.5 x 11.

Need 3-5 lbs of uncooked wings and/or drumettes (with bone).

24-32oz  tabasco mixed with 3Tbsp of Tones Kansas City style Rib Rub or favorite wing sauce.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lay wings and drumettes in casserole dish close together.  Fill with sauce. If frozen fill about 1/2 inch from top.  If thawed, cover wings entirely in sauce.  Cover with foil and put on middle rack, let cook for 1 hour thawed or 1 hr 15 min if frozen.

Feeds 8-10 when accompanied with a side .
