Ike Skelton asks one question…
Son,
Ike Skelton states he will ask but one question, calling himself a country lawyer and qualifying that the leadership of Iraq appear “to be sitting on their thumbs…” So, “Mr. Ambassador, why should we expect the next six months to be any different?”
Ambassador Crocker, “These are extremely complex endeavors…it is going to be difficult, it is going to take time….the leadership of Iraq ‘are serious people.’ I share your disappointment but that does not mean there has been no progress…The surge hit it’s full stride in June…It will take more time before that impact makes political compromise easier.”
More questions from other house members… This just goes on and on… the Saga Continues…
