Yes To Healthy Dialogue – No to This Administration
Dad – I am still under the assumption that all dialogue serves us well, but that some people probably should be removed from the conversation in order to keep it rolling. It is complicated, yes, and we should approach our international situation with care.
I have spent the last few years learning how to act, talk, respond, and live in love. I believe, and strongly believe, that this administration walks with the shield of Christianity in hopes that they will be protected from being accused of acting out of any context other than love for their neighbor. I think that they are misleading the people of this country and misrepresenting our intentions to the rest of the world by continuing the charade. I don’t pretend to agree with Cindy Sheehan or any of the other protesters at that function, as they mostly seem self serving in their efforts, but I like the voices of opposition. We need them, and I am one of this administration’s biggest critics. I am not always impressed with the Democrats, but this presidency has made it almost impossible for me to ever consider voting for a Republican candidate.
